August-21 2024We had a group of 17 and the house was perfect for us. Having the 2 stoves and 2 fridges was a big help. More cooking items and serving bows would have been helpful. The crockpot was oversized, that was great. There is a grill and there were 2 propane tanks. We had rented one but were surprised to see tanks and firewood. The view is great and we watched the fireworks from Dollywood every night. Overall it was a great weekend! Thank you for having us!

The road is paved. I do recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle especially in the winter months. The panoramic views of the mountains are WELL worth the drive! Guest will need to provide their own firewood and grill propane. Travel Insurance is always recommended.
